Every house here is one we have walked through ourselves. We know which one has the light in the morning, which one is quiet, and which one you want when there are twelve of you and nobody wants to be the one on the sofa.
A week, or a season
Short stays, full-house bookings for groups, and everything in between. Add a concierge and the week arranges itself.
A year, or longer
For people relocating rather than visiting — long-term rentals, apartment and condo buildings, and the practical questions nobody warns you about. Furnished or not, stairs or no stairs, and what a September here is actually like.
We don’t list everything. We list what fits.
Properties come to this roster through our collaboration with Amilpa Realty and through owners we know directly — and they go on it only when the place has the chemistry the rest of this list has. A short roster is worth more to a guest than a long one.

Check-in, cleaning and maintenance stay with you unless you want otherwise. We bring the guest and handle the booking.
