AIRDOBE
STAY · PLAY · GETAWAY
You already know your airline tribes. Now let’s shop, stay, play and get away with them.
AIRDOBE is a members-only marketplace built by airline people, for airline people. Places to stay. Things to do. Work worth hiring. Every listing, every host, every guest — verified industry.
What it is
Thirty-five years in this business and you end up with a network no algorithm can build.
The captain who married a rancher in Bozeman. The ramp lead who retired and started building furniture. The reservations agent who bought into a winery in Napa. The flight attendant with a condo in Panama sitting empty nine months a year.
They’re all out there. You just never had a place to find them.
That’s AIRDOBE. One door, one badge, one community that already trusts each other more than any review score could prove.
Who’s on board
Pilots and flight attendants. Gate, ticket, and reservations agents. Dispatchers, mechanics, ramp, ops, cargo, catering, corporate. Active or retired.
If you carried the badge, you belong here. And it doesn’t expire.
What you’ll find
Stay
A week in Puerto Vallarta. A month in Lisbon. A crash pad three blocks from the employee lot.
Play
Trail rides. Tastings. Dive trips. Whatever your tribe built after they left the airport.
Hire
Verified professionals who came up the same way you did.
Shop
Quilts, furniture, art, wine. Made by people who spent a career in the terminal.
Nobody here asks you what a turn is. Nobody needs the job explained. You’re already in.
Host rate card
You list, we bring the community. Fees are deducted from your payout and quoted all-in to the guest, so no booking fee ever appears at checkout.
